Bog Oak Twist Pens

The pens come in several different woods, including Alder, Plumb, Bog Oak and Ash - all native Irish Timbers. Each Pen comes in its own separate presentation case and as each pen is handmade is unique in its own way. The Bog Oak pen shown above is a particularly interesting example of these beautiful works. In Irelands bogs, the lack of oxygen in the waterlogged peat prevents the natural process of decay in fallin Oak trees.
