Prince Charles

Prince Charles visited Balcas Timber plant in Enniskillen, County Fermanagh Northern Ireland on Thursday 24th May 2007.  The purpose of his visit was to show his dedication to environmental issues.  Balcas are producers of the new environmentally friendly wood pellets for heating systems.  After his tour he was presented with one of Brendan Bannons Irish Bog Oak fountain pens, which he used to sign the vistors book. 


Archbishop of York

Bishop Michael Jackson of Clogher, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland, commissioned Brendan Bannon to make a Bog Oak Cross for the Archbishop of York "John Sentamu" as a memento of his visit to Ireland in2006.
